ESSA cycle lane survey results.

We are publishing the results of the survey sent out in December. The results illustrate that ESSA members strongly support cycling done safely, for the sake of all on the road and on the pavement. There is overwhelming support for more safety measures such as daylight running lights. The file attached contains the maximum 40 responses available with the free version of Survey Monkey. We did not use membership funds to access further results sent in due to the high cost. As we are a conservation association, we responded to the cycle lanes to preserve the character of the area and to retain the ease of walking in our streets especially the elderly and the disabled. We also strongly support fewer vehicles on the road and look forward to positive and constructive proposals to promote bicycling - and walking - in the borough.
